About Us

DTM was formed over 25 years ago. From its early days DTM developed management training courses specifically for the public sector.

The Company Principal, Graeme Charlesworth, is a qualified social worker holding a CQSW and DSW qualification. Prior to DTM as a social care manager Graeme was responsible for a service budget of £32m and a staff group of 200 people.

Since 2007 DTM have designed a range of management training programmes that use the HRD Online system for underpinning knowledge. Please click here for more information.

DTM is an approved ILM Centre offering Levels 2 to 7 customised elearning or blended learning programmes together with a portfolio of Business Development and Master Class management training programmes throughout the Public Sector.
